Wedding at Venue 1902 at Preservation Hall, Orlando FL | Kaylyn & Jake

Because of her incredible style and love for Disney, I started following Kaylyn on Instagram years ago, so it totally blew my socks off when she asked me to photograph her wedding!

I honestly think winter weddings are totally where it’s at, and it was a perfect day in Florida for a wedding. Friends and family came from all over the country to help throw the perfect party for these two. Kaylyn’s dad surprised her with the most incredible backdrop (Smashing Pumpkin vibes anyone?!) that made for such killer portraits. Her Aunt put together all the florals and table decor and totally knocked it out of the park with energy to spare and totally cut a rug on the dance floor. Her nephew even provided his special homemade lemonade for everone!

This whole day was such a blast in every possible way. Kaylyn and Jake have surrounded themselves with the most amazing community of people. Eyes were leaking with happy tears all over the place all freaking day (myself included). There were so many magical moments, but my favorite had to be the entire wedding singing “Dancing Queen” at the top of their lungs to Kaylyn. Plus, how can you not love a party that ends with an ice cream truck?!
